Our bid coordination service is designed to ease the stress of home modifications by streamlining the contractor selection process. After completing your residential assessment, Modern Access will identify and contact licensed, qualified contractors capable of meeting the project’s requirements.

We will secure at least two contractors (local whenever possible) to bid on your project. To ensure accuracy and consistency, one of our licensed disability specialists will be present during the bidding process to oversee and compare bids in detail. This ensures that all bids are evaluated fairly and without external influence, helping you make the most informed decision.

• Demonstrate respect, professionalism, and understanding of clients’ unique needs and circumstances
